Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orange slice.

EAST INDIA 1 ½ fl oz (45 ml) Cognac VSOP ANSAC
2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Pineapple juice
1/6 fl oz (5 ml) Orange curaçao liqueur
1/6 fl oz (5 ml) grenadine syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
5 or 6 ice cubes 1 orange slice

Pour all ingredients in a glass over ice cubes and stir for a few seconds. Garnish with fresh mint.

STINGER 1 1/3 fl oz (40 ml) Cognac VS ANSAC
2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Mint syrup
3 or 4 ice cubes
Fresh mint

SIDECAR 1 2/3 fl oz (50 ml) Cognac VSOP ANSAC 2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Triple sec 2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Lemon juice 5 or 6 ice cubes 1 orange zest

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Dust with grated nutmeg.

ALEXANDER 1 ½ fl oz (45 ml) Cognac VSOP ANSAC
2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Dark crème de cacao liqueur
2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Double cream
5 or 6 ice cubes
Nutmeg

Pour all ingredients in a glass over ice cubes and stir for a few seconds. Garnish with lemon slice.

ANSAC COLLINS 5/6 fl oz (25 ml) Cognac VS or VSOP Ansac
½ fl oz (15 ml) Lemon juice
2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Sugar cane syrup
3 fl oz (90 ml) Club soda
4 or 5 ice cubes
1 lemon slice
