Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Dust with grated nutmeg.

ALEXANDER 1 ½ fl oz (45 ml) Cognac VSOP ANSAC
2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Dark crème de cacao liqueur
2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Double cream
5 or 6 ice cubes
