Ansac

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orange slice.

EAST INDIA 1 ½ fl oz (45 ml) Cognac VSOP ANSAC
2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Pineapple juice
1/6 fl oz (5 ml) Orange curaçao liqueur
1/6 fl oz (5 ml) grenadine syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
5 or 6 ice cubes
1 orange slice
