Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orange zest.

SIDECAR 1 2/3 fl oz (50 ml) Cognac VSOP ANSAC

2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Triple sec

2/3 fl oz (20 ml) Lemon juice

5 or 6 ice cubes

1 orange zest
